JB Consulting’s role is to perform executive presence consulting associated with preparing C-suite professionals and executives for stage, press, and company events by offering styling and image consulting, public speaking coaching, branding, and other professional development services, in accordance with the terms of the agreement between JB Consulting and the User. To the extent permitted by law, JB Consulting shall not be liable for any use of the Website in a manner that is prohibited by the Rules of Conduct set forth in Paragraph 1.
In no event will JB Consulting be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website, even in the event of JB Consulting’s fault, negligence, or misrepresentation, and even if advised of the possibility of such damage, for any reason. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for: breach of contract, tort, or otherwise; any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
JB Consulting’s liability and other obligations specific to Users shall be governed by any agreement entered into by JB Consulting and User, if such an agreement exists.

Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Materials does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by JB Consulting. If a User decides to access Third-Party Materials, User does so at User’s own risk.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty.
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. JB Consulting disclaims all representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Website, licensed content, or information regarding the Website. - Any violation of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, any rights to privacy or intellectual property rights.
